"H"

I saw this on a friend's blog and thought it looked like fun! Anything to get a break from homework! If you would like to play, here's how: tell me by leaving a comment on this post, and I will assign you a letter. Then post ten things you love that begin with your assigned letter on your blog. Explain the rules with your ten things and when others comment requesting a letter, assign one to them; thus, the chain continues.

Jody assigned me the letter 'H'. Here are ten things that I love that start with the letter H!

1.Hot Chocolate! I love love LOVE to have a nice warm cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter day!




2.Helping others! It is so much easier to lend a helping hand then be helped myself! Being in the military I have had to learn a lot of things the hard way so if I can save someone else then trouble then I am all for it! This picture is when we made cookies and other goodies to send Shane Terry and his crew down range although I hear he didn't share very much!



3.Home! I love being at home when it is spotless (less distractions) and I can sit and enjoy my family.



4.Homework! and I don't mean my kids'! I know this is odd, but going to school full time for the last two years has gave me a great appreciation for homework. I love seeing the list, feeling like I can't do it, then as each assignment is crossed off I feel like I did something great! I love it even more when my papers come back with great comments from my instructors telling me how good I did. I often feel like the underdog not being employed and having the experience that many of my classmates have.



5.Horsing Around! Boys doesn't start with H so I had to improvise! I love having boys and horsing around. Life doens't have to be serious all the time and my boys really keep me grounded. Even when I don't feel like wrestling, playing football, tackle basketball (every sport is tackle in this house) my boys manage to get me involved. The simple things they do, and make me do for that matter, are what matters!



6.Havel! Again I am stretching it, but I love being a Havel! No I have not abandoned being Fitzpatrick, but I love that Zach and I are sealed together for time and eternity and I get to have his last name! And hey it's less letters than Fitpztrick!



7.Holidays! Even though we don't get to be with extended family we still have a lot of fun during the holidays. Of course we are hoping to get home for one this year!



8.Homecomings! Deployments and separations in general are not fun, but the homecoming is the best! It means I survived again!



9.Hockey! I never watched sports growing up, but I love hockey now! It is so fast paced and just amazing what those guys can do on the ice! And yes I have Datsyuks's jersey! I think he is awesome!



10.Heat! I would rather be warm than cold! I love cuddling up in a blanket or being out in the warm sun! and I have no idea what picture to put so I guess this will be the only one without one!
