Tyler has his first spelling test today. The words are taken from the book they are reading in class and he had to look up the definitions for each one. He asked me for help, but honestly I had to look some up too! So here's the word list:

Wow! What happened to reviewing from last year! He was excited so I guess that is what matters!

Did you know that 5th grade in the 21st century is equal to 1970 10th grade? My goodness they are expecting more and more of our children --and the kids just keep performing--what good children we all have!!!
