This was actually a few weeks ago, but I am just now getting the pictures off the memory card. On July 26 I had class all day so Zach was left to entertain the kids. The weather was nice so they hiked to this tower which is just outside the base, but you can't get to it from the base due to a very high fence. It overlooks Landstuhl village and directly across is Burg Nanstein, the local castle. You can go to the top which I believe they did and get a really nice view. This is all the pictures they took of the day so enjoy!
