Third times a charm right?

If you read the MRI post this is a continutation of some of that drama. The rash we discovered spread by Wednesday afternoon to Cody's back so Friday morning I made an appointment to get it looked at. Zach said he would take care of it which I am a control freak, but knew it was easiest. So I typed him a nice little "report" so he would know how to answer all the questions the doctor would ask. Things like when did the rash start, where, are there any other symptoms, when did they start, what meds is he one, for how long, what dose, etc? So long story short (and trust me it was quite an interesting event having Zach take him to the doc) it was decided the meds were the cause of the rash and needed to be stopped. I was bummed becuase Cody was swallowing pills whole and doing great! Now he is on some liquid that smells cherry flavored. He took it okay last night so I was relieved. This doc is not like the neurologist where you get a detailed chart of how to give Cody the dose. Instead it's all on the bottle in a mumble jumbled mess! We are following it as best we can till the neurologist gets back from his TDY and can make sure we are doing it right! I also didn't get a pamphlet with listed side effects to watch for and when I asked Zach he said he didn't know. Cody ended up having to have more lab work done so Zach was pretty grumpy by the time it was all said and done! All I can say is "Welcome to my world!" So all in all this week was not horrible, but not pleasant either. I am hoping this round of meds ends up being the one we stay one for a while, at least more than a week or two! So wish us luck!
