Let's see where did I leave off.....after we went to Hellbrunn palace we headed to Mirabell Gardens. This was also another place that we could have easily spent a lengthy amount of time at, but it was closing on dinner time and we were all pretty tired from the day. The flowers around this palace are beautiful and of course Cody was thrilled to see a fountain! That's one way we keep him going, looking for another fountain. Mirabell is also where the infamous Do Re Mi song was filmed from the movie the Sound of Music. They used several locations around Salzburg, but from what I read this is area was used for most of the song.
